These Terms of Service govern your use of Wenigos at wenigos.com, operated by Wenigos Ltd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel an order and give you a full refund if a product can't be produced, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
- Every mug is printed to order. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the printed mug, and product photos may show mugs in styled settings.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars. Shipping and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken through PayPal when you place your order.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product use
Our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe. Please handle hot drinks with care, don't use a cracked or chipped mug, and don't heat an empty mug or use it on a stovetop or open flame.
Reviews
Reviews come only from customers who bought the product. We check them before they appear and remove only those that are spam, offensive, include personal information or are off-topic — never because they're negative.
Intellectual property
The designs, text, images and other content on this site belong to Wenigos Ltd or its licensors. Buying a mug gives you the right to own and use that item; it does not grant any right to copy or resell the design.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to orders placed after the "Last updated" date.
