About Wenigos
Wenigos is an online store run by Wenigos Ltd, a small company based in London. We design printed ceramic mugs — starting with our Christmas and holiday collection — made for slow mornings, cozy evenings and gifts that get used every day.
What we make
Our mugs are classic 11 oz white ceramic mugs with a comfortable C-shaped handle. Each design is printed all the way around the mug, so it looks good from every side of the table.
- Material: white ceramic
- Capacity: 11 oz (0.33 l)
- Size: 3.74 in tall, 3.15 in across
- Print: wraparound dye-sublimation print with an ORCA coating for bright, crisp colors
- Care: microwave and dishwasher safe
Made to order
We don't keep shelves of stock. When you place an order, your mug is printed just for you by our print and fulfillment partner, Printify, and then shipped to your door. Dye sublimation bonds the ink into the mug's coating rather than sitting on top of it, which is why the colors stay vivid wash after wash.
Printing to order means less waste and lets us keep adding new designs — but it also means each mug takes a day or two to make before it ships.
Designed for giving
A mug is one of those gifts people actually reach for: for the coffee lover, the tea drinker, the coworker in the next desk or the friend who has everything. Our holiday designs are made to bring a little Christmas cheer to the breakfast table, the office or a gift basket.
Shipping and returns, in short
- We ship within the United States. Orders are printed in 1–2 business days and usually arrive 5–7 business days after they ship. See our Shipping Policy.
- Arrived chipped, cracked or misprinted? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — free. You can also return an unused mug within 30 days. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- Payments are handled securely by PayPal.
Caring for your mug
Your mug can go in the dishwasher, or you can wash it by hand with warm water and dish soap. It's safe for heating drinks in the microwave. To keep the print looking its best, avoid abrasive scrubbers.
